Exhaust gas measurement solution, FTI-SENSOR air velocity transmitter Ultra-high turndown ratio, excellent accuracy in whole range, display cumulative / instantaneous flow

Net-zero carbon emissions is not only reducing the use of fossil fuel and developing green energy, regulating the amount of greenhouse gases emitted from manufacturing process is also an important goal. Greenhouse gases emitted from manufacturing process has led to serious greenhouse effect to the earth, and countries are making regulations requiring companies to measure and minimize their emissions. Moreover, the regulations are not solely for reducing greenhouse effect, but also to mitigate air pollutions caused by volatile organic compounds (VOCs) produced during manufacturing process. These compounds caused odors, hurt our health and damage our environment.

FTI-SENSOR provides air velocity and air volume transmitter for industrial process. It adopts the principles of thermal mass flow meters and add temperature compensation features to ensure accuracy in wide measurement range (120 Nm/s) and wide temperature range (0 … 200℃). The sensing probe, which is fully covered by metal, allows transmitter to be used in high temperature, dusty and slightly corrosive environment. Moreover, the transmitter is with high turndown ratio, ensuring accuracy in high and low velocity. To provide convenience for different application, cumulative flow and instantaneous flow can display on LCD panel or be read through RS-485 and our software; also, there are different flow units for user to choose for their need.

FTI-SENSOR air velocity transmitters are calibrated by wind tunnel and sonic nozzles calibration systems. The standard parts in the calibration systems are calibrated by national laboratories and produced with high standards to ensure product accuracy. FTI-SENSOR air velocity transmitter can accurately measure exhaust emissions in manufacturing process, not only to meet regulatory requirements, also to protect our living environment. To achieve net-zero carbon emissions, we must measure and minimize emission from manufacturing process systematically.
